What We Do
Our Mission
At Piedmont Progressive Farmers Cooperative, we are here to serve local Piedmont area farmers by pooling resources to buy feed, supplies, equipment; store, prepare and package produce/eggs; and assist with branding, pricing and marketing efforts. While our focus is on underserved and small farmers we are especially interested in assisting those farmers that have trouble accessing profitable markets in north central North Carolina and southern Virginia. As we provide this opportunity we in turn provide our customers and partners the experience of obtaining quality local food.
This unique cooperative provides the small farmers in Caswell County and the region an opportunity to maximize their return on investment while preserving the small farmer lifestyle and providing healthy food to consumers.
